Critic Review: Intense yellow color with greenish reflections. Characteristic persistent fresh and fruity aromas. Excellent as an aperitif and paired with fish, seafood or white meat.

My Review: This wine had a very acidic, green apply flavor.  I also detected a buttery smell and taste.  The wine was very light; however, there was a bit of heat in the finish.

I did not taste this wine with food.
