I am not afraid to admit that I am a novice to the world of wine. I don't know what I am tasting or how to drink wine, but I am eager to learn more with each glass (or was I supposed to say 'class'?). I am hoping to use this blog to document my wine tasting experiences and allow me to track my progress as the semester continues.
